What do you mean when you say that you have no vendor affiliations?

This means that we receive no financial benefit from any of the other vendors we work with. We also don’t subcontract to vendors, we only work directly with our clients. This allows us to remain impartial and unbiased in our reviews and in the advice we provide.

What do you use for integrations?

Our integration options depend on what is available within the software you’re transferring data between. We’ve provided flat file integrations; direct transfers between packages via common APIs; we’ve developed custom APIs; we can integrate between Pronto-Xi and any other package (open to integration); and we also have an affordable custom middleware platform if an intermediary is required.

Where are you located?

We are located in the North of Sydney, Australia. However, we do a lot of work remotely and can travel, if required.

Do you implement ERP?

We provide ERP implementation assistance around business process alignment, but we leave ERP configuration to the software vendors.
